The Indiana College Core Certificate
A certificate is a credential that will help you along your college journey. It’s the first step in the process of earning an associate or bachelor’s degree. The certificate can be made up of dual credit, AP, CLEP, and college campus or online courses.
Earning the Indiana College Core Certificate will meet the basic general education requirements at all Indiana public and some private institutions. (Some institutions may require additional courses to meet their general education core, for example, some have a personal finance or wellness requirement that will still need to be met.)
No matter what your intended pathway after high school, the Indiana College Core can help you get there. It’s important to work with your counselor to be sure you are meeting the requirements of your college partner.
